2 cans (6 oz. each) of lump white crabmeat, drained
1/2 green pepper, finely diced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 large Bibb lettuce leaves
2 green onions, chopped


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the Bibb lettuce and green onions.
  2. Scoop 1/2 cup of the crab salad, and place on top of one Bibb lettuce leaf. Top with green onions. Repeat for the remaining three lettuce leaves.
