Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 (12-inch) prepackaged whole wheat
Italian pizza crust
Olive oil nonstick spray
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 plum (Roma) tomatoes, sliced
1/3 cup reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and cook until the vinegar becomes a syrup (about 10 minutes).
  3. Lightly spray the pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic on top. Spread balsamic syrup evenly over the crust. Arrange the tomato slices around the pizza.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake on a rack in the oven for 10 minutes.
