Ingredients
1/2 | cup | balsamic vinegar |
1 | (12-inch) prepackaged whole wheat | |
Italian pizza crust | ||
Olive oil nonstick spray | ||
2 | garlic cloves, minced | |
2 | plum (Roma) tomatoes, sliced | |
1/3 | cup | reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Add balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and cook until the vinegar becomes a syrup (about 10 minutes).
- Lightly spray the pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic on top. Spread balsamic syrup evenly over the crust. Arrange the tomato slices around the pizza.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake on a rack in the oven for 10 minutes.
