Larry King Talks About His Health
CNN host Larry King announced this week that he would end "Larry King Live," the show he has hosted on the cable news network for 25 years.
King, 76, who has type 2 diabetes, told viewers that he would still do specials for CNN but that he wanted "more time for my wife and I to get to the kids' Little League games."
"With this chapter closing, I'm looking forward to the future and what my next chapter will bring, but for now it's time to hang up my nightly suspenders," said King, whose show and network have both faced sagging ratings in recent years.
King rarely speaks about his diabetes, but he did in a Diabetes Forecast interview. Click here to read it.
