Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until it is tender, about 5 or 6 minutes. Add green pepper, and sauté for 5 more minutes.
  2. Add green beans, tarragon, water, and lemon pepper, mixing well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until beans are just tender. Transfer to a bowl, and serve.
