Ingredients
1 | tsp. | olive oil |
1 | large | onion, chopped |
1/2 | cup | chopped green bell pepper |
1 | lb. | fresh green beans, trimmed |
1 | tsp. | dried tarragon |
1/4 | cup | water |
1 | tsp. | lemon pepper |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until it is tender, about 5 or 6 minutes. Add green pepper, and sauté for 5 more minutes.
- Add green beans, tarragon, water, and lemon pepper, mixing well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until beans are just tender. Transfer to a bowl, and serve.
