Ingredients
4 | halibut steaks (4 oz. each) | |
8 | sprigs | fresh thyme |
pinch | salt | |
pinch | ground pepper | |
4 | coin-shaped lemon slices |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Put steaks in a baking dish; season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Place a lemon slice on top of each steak. Cover dish, place in the preheated oven, and bake until fish is firm and begins to flake in the thickest part. Remove from oven, and serve immediately.
