Ingredients

1 large tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
2 fresh serrano peppers, seeded and minced
(for more spiciness, don't remove the seeds)
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Directions

Combine the tomato, onion, cilantro, and peppers. Sprinkle with salt. This is best served very fresh but can be stored, covered, for a day.
