Ingredients

1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Kosher or sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, and water. In a stream, slowly add in the oil, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
