|4||ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and chopped (about 2 cups)|
|1||tsp.||fresh grated ginger|
|2||Tbsp.||fresh lime juice|
- Combine the water, sugar, and no-calorie sweetener in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
- Combine the sugar mixture, mangos, ginger, and lime juice in a food processor, and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
