Ingredients
1 | lb. | pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
2 | Tbsp. | olive oil |
1 | Tbsp. | minced garlic |

24 | large | red grapes |
8 | (6-inch-long) wooden skewers soaked in warm water for at least 1 hour |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the grapes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Thread the pork cubes onto the skewers, alternating them with 3 grapes per skewer. Place on a hot grill and sear for about 3 minutes per side or until the pork is cooked through.
