Ingredients

Salad | ||
1/4 | med. | red onion, halved and sliced |
1/2 | English cucumber, unpeeled and thinly sliced | |

Directions
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Add the red onion to the dressing and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the cucumber, kiwi, and mango in a shallow serving bowl. Arrange the marinated onions with all the dressing on top of the mango mixture.
