Ingredients
1 | cup | self-rising flour |
3 | Tbsp. | olive oil |
1 1/2 | Tbsp. | grated Parmesan cheese |
1/3 | cup | nonfat buttermilk or fat-free milk |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, stir in the oil until coarse crumbs form. Mix in the cheese and then add the milk a little at time until combined.
- Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons onto a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
