|3||plum tomatoes, thinly sliced|

- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Using your fingertips or the heel of your hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan, creating a rim at the edges.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic; mix well and brush over the crust. Top with the cheese and tomato slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the basil. Slice and serve immediately.
