Ingredients

1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic, crushed whole
3 quarter-size slices fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. low-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Splenda Granular
1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and ginger, and cook 1 minute. Remove the garlic and ginger and discard.
  2. Stir the chicken broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Splenda Granular, salt, and cornstarch together in a small bowl. Stir into the sesame oil and heat until it thickens slightly. Chill.
  3. Serve on salad greens or over steamed bok choy.
