Ingredients
10 | oz. | refrigerated pizza dough |
1 | Tbsp. | olive oil, divided |
3 | garlic cloves, finely minced | |
2 | tsp. | minced fresh oregano |
1/2 | cup | bottled low-fat pizza sauce |
1/2 | cup | reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese |
2 | Tbsp. | toasted pine nuts |
2 | Tbsp. | chopped pitted Kalamata olives (or any other black olives) |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Unroll the dough onto a round pizza pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Brush with half the oil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the oregano and sauté for 1 more minute. Spread the garlic-oregano mixture onto the pizza crust.
