|10||oz.||refrigerated pizza dough|
|1||Tbsp.||olive oil, divided|
|3||garlic cloves, finely minced|
|2||tsp.||minced fresh oregano|
|1/2||cup||bottled low-fat pizza sauce|
|1/2||cup||reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese|
|2||Tbsp.||toasted pine nuts|
|2||Tbsp.||chopped pitted Kalamata olives (or any other black olives)|
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Unroll the dough onto a round pizza pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Brush with half the oil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the oregano and sauté for 1 more minute. Spread the garlic-oregano mixture onto the pizza crust.
