Ingredients
2 | 6-oz. cans tuna packed in water, drained | |
1/4 | cup | light mayonnaise |
1/4 | tsp. | ground black pepper |
1/4 | tsp. | onion powder |
1 | Tbsp. | lemon juice |
3 | Tbsp. | sun-dried tomatoes, chopped |
5 | whole-wheat English muffin halves | |
5 | 1-oz. slices reduced-fat provolone cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, pepper, onion powder, lemon juice, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Spread 1/4 cup tuna mixture on top of each muffin half and top with 1 slice of cheese.
- Place muffins on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
