Ingredients

4 tsp. honey mustard
4 small whole-wheat bagels, toasted
8 oz. thinly sliced, oven-roasted deli turkey
4 tsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices

Directions

  1. Spread 1 tsp. mustard on one side of bagel. Add 2 oz. turkey meat. Top with 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, 4 cucumber slices, 1 romaine lettuce leaf, and 1 tomato slice.
  2. Repeat procedure for remaining three sandwiches.
