Ingredients
1 | package | (1-oz.) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix |
2 | cups | nonfat milk |
1 1/2 | cups | raspberries and blueberries |
4 | Tbsp. | fat-free whipped topping |
4 | Tbsp. | sliced almonds, toasted |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
- In a parfait dish, layer 1/4 cup pudding and 2 Tbsp. berries. Repeat process once more and top with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping and 1 Tbsp. toasted almonds.
- Repeat this procedure for remaining three parfaits.
