Ingredients

2 | Tbsp. | canola oil |
1/4 | tsp. | salt |
1 | Tbsp. | garlic powder |
1/2 | tsp. | pepper |
1 | cup | sliced unpeeled apples |
4 | Tbsp. | curry powder |
1 | cup | orange juice |
1 | cup | flour |
Directions
- Season the fish with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. curry powder and the flour. Dredge the grouper in the flour and shake off any excess.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan; then add the fish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes over high heat. Turn each steak and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove the fish and place on a serving plate.
- To the skillet, add the garlic powder, apples, orange juice, and remaining 2 Tbsp. curry powder. Simmer until liquid is reduced. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
